This is the Monthly Q.Central Training for Partners. Feel free to send this to those who need training. We will be covering the following;

1) Summary page

2) Admin page- default sales teem is here

3) My Base - their customer base is here and this is where they can see a bill

4) Selling - will pop the Partner tabs

5) Qleadmapper - we start with this application and refer back to DM pricing

6) Company Profiles - we do the search function and then add a new company

7) Opportunities - we then go and build and ooportunity. We price a contract bundle and then we go to unbundled products and run the estiamte (need to go to Q.Pricer to get the pricing)

8) In Opportunitites we generate a contrac, go through requesting DM, CIE with out producing a request. we then move the oppty to the next sales stage which is closed-won.

9) Contracts - showing them how to work with the summary and how to get a copy of the contract

10) Project Manager - explain that the project id is the same as the Oppty adn allows them to track the MDS goign forward

11) Direct Ordering - does not work at this time but will be functional in the futuer. It will allow partners to key their 1+/WC and 8xx orders directly into the system from Q.Central

12) Events Manager - Allows partner to track a billing, trouble, order status, etc on their customers.

13) Contract Renewal - will show them their OOR contracts that will need to be renewed. NO FUNCTIONALITY FOR QC IN THIS TOOL.

14) Abacus - Allows Partners to track Quotes through the OMR process and to edit their entries. You have been invited to a meeting using Raindance Meeting Edition. To join online, click the link below. You no longer need to call into the audio conference. Once the moderator arrives, the service will automatically offer to dial your phone number.
